Why choose it
Lead capture with a photo booth: guests leave their details, even just an email, with GDPR consent, and receive their photo. Servers in Europe, export to Excel or CSV.
Real contacts
The email is how guests receive their photo, so they type it correctly.
GDPR consent
Custom privacy notice and consents, separate optional marketing consent, servers in Europe.
Custom questions
Company, role, interests or a question about the product: you decide the fields.
CRM-ready
Contacts exported to Excel or CSV at the end of the event.
Emails that get opened
The event photo is content people are waiting for: it's the first step of your follow-up.
Build the form and see what the guest sees
This is just an example: you decide the fields, even just the email. Choose the fields and see a preview of the photo booth screen on the right. The fewer the fields, the more guests complete the form.
Form fields · example
Consent to receive the photo is always required; consent to marketing communications is separate and optional. Without a form, the photo is shared via QR code or AirDrop. The data collected is stored on servers in Europe and delivered to you in Excel or CSV.

Lead capture turns the photo booth into a measurable marketing tool. Before the shot, a short form appears on the booth screen with the fields you choose: just an email can be enough, or you can add name, company, phone or a custom question. In return, guests receive their photo or GIF straight by email.
The reason it works: the photo is something guests genuinely want, so they're happy to leave their details. Emails with the event photo get opened far more than a newsletter, and become the first touchpoint of your follow-up.
Consents and privacy notice are customised to your brand and kept separate: consent to processing in order to receive the photo, and optional consent to marketing communications. Data is stored on servers in Europe and at the end of the event you receive the contacts in an Excel or CSV file to import into your CRM.
Without lead capture, sharing stays simple and instant: QR code or AirDrop, with no data requested. With lead capture, email delivery is added and every photo brings in a contact.
Frequently asked questions · Lead capture
What data can we ask for?
You decide: just the email can be enough. You can add name, company, role, phone or a custom question, for example about interest in a product. The fewer the fields, the more guests complete the form.
How do you handle privacy consent?
The form shows your brand's privacy notice and asks for separate consents: one to receive the photo and an optional one for marketing communications. We prepare the wording with you before the event.
Where is the data stored?
On servers located in Europe. At the end of the event we deliver the contacts to you in an Excel or CSV file.
How do we receive the contacts?
At the end of the event we send you the contacts collected in an Excel or CSV file, ready to import into your CRM or email marketing tool.
What if a guest doesn't want to leave their details?
The form can be made optional: anyone who skips it still gets the photo via QR code or AirDrop. That way nobody is left out and the contacts you collect come from genuinely interested people.
Can it be linked to a prize game?
Yes. With photo booth games, guests register, take their photo and then spin the prize wheel or play a scratch card: the prize is one more reason to leave their details.
Want lead capture at your event?
Date, venue, number of guests and goal: we'll reply with a concept and a tailored proposal.
