Turin's calendar is broad and varied. Automotive remains a cornerstone, with model launches, dealer events and enthusiast gatherings. Every spring the Salone Internazionale del Libro (Turin International Book Fair) brings in publishers and readers from all over Italy, while events such as Terra Madre Salone del Gusto celebrate food and local produce. Alongside these, aerospace, start-ups and digital are growing, with hackathons and demo days. Lingotto, OGR and the Savoy residences
The hub for trade shows and conferences is Lingotto Fiere, created in the former car factory, alongside the conference centre and the Oval. The OGR, former railway workshops that are now a cultural and tech hub, host corporate events and concerts in spaces with a strong industrial character. For galas and weddings, Turin offers the Savoy residences, baroque palazzos in the centre, villas in the hills and estates in the Langhe and Roero. Each space has its own rules on set-up and timings, which we check well in advance with the organisers.

Travel from Milan and set-up in Turin
Team and equipment leave our studio in Cologno Monzese and reach Turin the same day. For trade shows at Lingotto and multi-day events we organise travel in advance, book the loading slots set by the organisers and, if needed, stay overnight in the city so we're ready to go first thing in the morning. Before opening we always run a full test of lights, camera, printing and sharing, so the station works perfectly from the very first guest. A dedicated attendant stays on site until closing.

Do you also work in Turin and Piedmont?
Yes. Although our only base is in Cologno Monzese, we cover Turin and the whole of Piedmont, from the Langhe and Roero to the Alpine resorts. We plan travel and set-up according to the type of event and its duration.
Can you bring a photo booth to Lingotto Fiere?
Yes. We can place the station on an exhibitor's stand or in a sponsor area, following the exhibition centre's access and set-up procedures. Graphics, screens and lead capture are customised with your brand.
Do you do weddings in the Langhe or in Turin's historic residences?
Yes. In wineries, farmhouses and historic palazzos we offer instant-print photo booths, the Premium Photo Booth and the GlamBot, choosing with the couple the solution that best suits the space. For the Langhe we arrange travel in the days before when needed.
