The Venezia Terminal Passeggeri area offers large spaces for events and conventions, while on the mainland, between Mestre and the Riviera del Brenta, Venetian villas and conference centres provide easier access. We choose equipment and configuration based on historic floors, available space and heritage protection rules.

Logistics by water, planned in advance

We set off from our studio in Cologno Monzese and the trip to Venice is organised in the days before the event. In the historic centre the equipment arrives by cargo boat, with times and landing points agreed with the venue and, where necessary, trolleys suited to bridges and narrow calli. That's why we allow longer set-up times and arrive with plenty of margin, completing installation, light calibration and printing and sharing tests before opening. Take-down is scheduled around the pick-up times by water.
