1. What’s included in the price?
Always ask for an itemised breakdown: station, hours of service, prints, customisation, travel. In our online quote every item appears in the summary, and set-up and take-down are on us: the hours you choose are the hours the photo booth is running.
2. Does the price include VAT? And travel?
These are the two items that most often change the total. For weddings, private parties and birthdays our prices include VAT; for corporate events they are plus VAT. Travel is calculated on the distance from our base in Cologno Monzese and is already in the summary.
3. How much space is needed?
It depends on the station. The Social Photo Booth has a minimal footprint and fits even in a reception area; a Video Booth 360° needs clear space around the platform. It’s best to tell us the venue straight away: we check the measurements before the event.
4. Is a power socket needed?
For most stations, yes, close to where it will be set up. The Video Booth 360°, on the other hand, runs on long-life batteries: handy in a garden or in spaces without sockets.
5. Is there an attendant?
Some stations, such as the Social Photo Booth, run on their own; others need our staff, such as the GlamBot or the Live Photographer. For weddings, one of our attendants looks after the station and helps guests throughout the party.
6. How do guests get their photos?
Ask whether the photos arrive straight away and how. With us, guests receive them within seconds via QR code, AirDrop, email or SMS, and at the end of the event you get the full gallery.
7. Are prints unlimited?
Some suppliers cap the number of prints. In our wedding service prints are unlimited; for other events you choose the number in the configurator, along with the formats.
8. Can I customise the design?
A generic frame makes every photo look the same. Ask whether you can have names, date, logo and a style coordinated with the event. With us, the design is created together, and you can add a backdrop, props and a wrap for the station.
9. Can it be done outdoors?
Yes – in a garden, by a lake or on a terrace, after checking space, power and rain cover with the venue.
10. How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a date and venue. The most popular dates, such as Saturdays in wedding season and December evenings for company parties, are the first to go. And before signing, check the reviews: ours are on matrimonio.com, with an average of 5.0 out of 5.
