How to use this calendar
We’ve gathered the dates from the organisers’ official websites and the Lombardy Region trade fair calendar, updated to October 2026. Where the organiser hasn’t yet confirmed the days, we list the month only. Before booking travel or stand set-ups, always check the date on the event’s official website: it may change.
Where Milan’s trade shows take place
Most of the big trade shows are held at Fiera Milano Rho, the exhibition centre north-west of the city, reachable on metro line M1 (Rho Fiera stop). Conferences and some trade shows take place in the city itself, at Allianz MiCo, one of Europe’s largest convention centres, in the Portello–CityLife area. Finally, the fashion weeks and Design Week spread right across the city, in showrooms, studios and pop-up venues.

How to get noticed at your stand
At a trade show with thousands of stands, visitors stop where there’s something to do or something to take away. A trade show photo booth with your brand’s graphics draws a queue to your stand, gives visitors content to share and captures GDPR-compliant leads. Branded games with leaderboards and prizes work well too, as do AI photos, which keep people talking about your stand long after their visit. We’ve gathered all our tips in the guide Photo booths at trade shows: more visitors and leads at your stand.
Book early
During the biggest trade show weeks, equipment, technicians and hotels get snapped up fast. For a stand activity it pays to get moving two or three months ahead: that leaves time to design the graphics, prepare the data you want to capture and agree set-up times, passes and power sockets with the organiser. Clients we’ve worked for include Fiera Milano, MICAM and MAPIC.
Will you be at one of these trade shows? Tell us about your stand, dates and goals: we’ll suggest the right activity to attract visitors and capture leads.
